Dry Hop Residue or Infection

I dry hopped this IPA about 1 week ago and noticed this morning that there are some floaties on the surface.

I'm thinking it's just the hop residue, but just thought I'd get some expert insight here.

I plan on drinking it regardless :tank:

Looks very similar to mine which is my first batch. Mine is almost completely covered on the top though. Opened it to smell it. It smells fine. I was planning on bottling this weekend. Should I wait to let this dissipate? Should I cold crash.
