So I brewed this kit from Northern Brewer a little while ago. It is basically a hoppy wheat beer. I really liked it, but I felt it could use a little more malt flavor and mouth feel. The hops were just about right. How do you guys think I should change it?

What about just switching the Am. two row to Maris Otter? Would that add enough maltiness for you?
