Hey all-
No idea where to post this but I bit the bullet and fried a turkey in my 10 gallon aluminum brew kettle today. I've scrubbed with a sponge and some dish soap pretty vigorously and am planning on re conditioning it with a 45 minute rolling boil. Any ideas if that will be sufficient to get it back in shape for brewing? Any other tips?
