Made a yeast starter on 1/1, but ended up not brewing on 1/2 as planned. I threw it in the fridge (there was activity) hoping I can sit it out on my next planned brewday and use it ala carte. Most likely on Saturday.

Is there any extra steps I would need to take?
 
Pull it from the fridge the day before brew so it has time to come to room temp and get going again.
 
Did you use a stirplate. If so you are probably ready to go. If not I would take it out of the fridge on Thursday and let it work some more on Friday to be ready for Saturday.

Yes, let it warm up to pitching temperature.
