This was my first attempt at a recipe f my own, or very close to one because I serously modified someone else recipe.

extract 3.3 lb liquid amber malt
3 lb light dry malt

Grain .75 lb crystal 60L
.5 American Chocolate
6 ozRaosted Barley

Hops 1.75 oz Kent Goodlings 60min
.5 oz Fuggles 15 min

Yeast Wyyeast Thame Valley

Additives 2 Vanilla fresh not dried beans split.
4 oz Coca nibbs.

Heat 2.5 gal water ans steep grains for 30 minutes. Bring to boil add extract. Add hops as needed. Ferment for 7 days in primary, Rack to secondary and add the Vanilla and Cocoa nibbs leave for 2 weeks. Bottle and let age for 2 weeks.

So far I think this is the best beer I have made, even my father in Law agrees.
