Sometime today my 4 kegs and kegging stuff will be delivered. The only thing I've got ready to put on gas is a cider
So, I hope to knock out 2 brews this weekend since it's a long weekend and get two more rockin' next weekend. SWMBO has asked for a kolsch, a strawberry blonde, and a raspberry wheat. I said yes to all except the raspberry wheat....MAYBE I'll brew that up later on in the summer but not now...
The next four beers I plan to brew are a small amber, a kolsch, a strawberry blonde, and a smoked porter. The only one I've brewed before is the strawberry blonde.
Here are the recipes, any tweaks/changes/tips whatever would be appreciated.
