I noticed the other morning when I woke up that there was condensation in the airlock. I have Southern Comfort in it (only alcohol I had to fill it up with), and was wondering if this is due to the weather changing outside (getting colder) or what? Any suggestions?

don't worry relax have a home brew, your beer will be fine.

For further refinement of your question though it is helpful for us to know if you are using a 3 piece airlock or a snake shaped airlock...

Its not a problem. Actually its a good sign. Your fermentation is producting CO2. Feel free to lick or not lick. Your beer will still love you either way.
