I've had a hefeweizen fermenting for about a week now and I took a sample of it last night to check the gravity. So far so good. The flavour was really good too but....it smells like sulpher.
I know certain yeasts emit sulpher while fermenting but my question is this...
When does this smell normally go away? Just curious.
I'm using Safbrew T-58 if that's any help.
