Here is my recipe I want to try for an IPA...please give me some feedback.

5# Marris Otter
.50# crysal 60l
.25# flake wheat (experiment to see effects on head)
3.5# light dme

60 min: .5 Amarillo / .25 Simco
20 min: .5 Simco / .25 Amarillo
15 min: .5 Amarillo
10 min: .5 Simco
5 min: .5 Simco
0 min: .5 Amarillo

DH: .25 Amarillo and Simco / 1 Citra
