So I've decided to start doing small-batch SMaSHs for a while. Here's my plan for tomorrow, and please let me know what you think:

Batch: 2.5G
Boil: 3.5G
Boil time: 60 min

5lbs Maris Otter
90 min mash at 154--BIAB

Zeus hops (16.4 AA whole leaf)
.25 FWH
.125 60 min
.125 15 min
.125 7 min
.125 Flame Out

US-05, washed, 1L starter

Expected (75% eff.):
OG: 1.057
FG: 1.014
ABV: 5.61
IBU: 46.48 (I wanted something close to an APA)
SRM: 5.94

I'm thinking .25-.5 oz Dry Hop (I bought 2 oz of Zeus). The IBUs look like they're right at the style guide for an APA, but look a little low for the OG.

I'll be starting this in an hour or two. I guess since there are no suggestions so far, I must not be that far off.
