Just took the leap so I could move my brewing inside, ramp up my all grain from 5 gallons to 10 gallons without all the lugging around, and make my brews as consistent as possible.
After a ton of reading I went with The Electric Brewery which will be a DIY kit from Kal. I took the easy way out and bought with one click, I admire all you brewers who spend the time sourcing your parts from different vendors and building.
Anyway, I'll try to snap a few pictures along the way and of the finished brewery. I am very anxious for my first electric batch.
