hop addition question

Going to brew a AHS Newcastle brown ale full boil clone tomorrow...recipe calls for 1oz of hops at 60 min 1/2 oz at 15 min, kit came with 2oz of hops
I'm thinking of adding last 1/2 oz at flame out...good idea or not ???
 
Probably won't taste quite like newcastle if you do, probably a tad more hop flavor. I'm surprised it has that much hops in it to begin with. What is the OG supposed to be?
 
Looks like it'll be around 27 ibu, so should be good! I took back what I said. If you add the hops at flameout it won't increase the ibu at all just the hop aroma...so not sure if thats what you're looking for.
