I brewed a Sierra Nevada PA. There was good activity initially and completely stopped after 2 days. SG was 1.012 - within the projected finishing range. I went away on vacation and now after 10 days in the primary, the SG was still 1.012. Decided to bottle but the beer was still very cloudy so I racked to a secondary so I could see if it clears up. How much time will I need in the secondary before bottling? Will this help to clear the beer? Anything I can do at this point to help clear it up?

It also may never clear.
Sometimes there are "things" in the mix that will cause haze.
Ales are usually "cloudy" anyhow.

Give it 14 days in secondary and it should be about as clear as it's going to be. If you can get it colder (below 50) during the last few days of that period, it will help.
