hi im new to brewing from grain.
i have a 500 gram bag of dark spraymalt and 500g bag of crushed crystal malt.
have the sugar coverting enzimes been killed in these?.
if yes what do i need to convert stach to sugar.

Spraymalt is already converted dried malt extract, no mashing or conversion needed. In this context, you just need to steep your crushed crystal malt to release color and flavor for your brew. This is covered in more detail here:
