The full question is: Is the fermentation temperature requirement of the yeast at the primary stage the same when at the bottling stage, i.e., bottles should be kept in same range?
It seems logica tht it would, or are there any exceptions..?
BTW, my dry yeast pack says 59 - 75 deg.

I am asking as I have a hard time finding a warm enough spot in the house for my bottles - I never realized we kept it so cold!

Yes, but ...

Your bottles should carbonate even at 50F, just more slowly. I wouldn't go lower.
