Has anyone taken a corney keg and filled it with regular red or white wine and then force carbed it like you would a beer? My brother and I are thinking of doing this as an experiment and wanted to see if anyone has tried it before we commit 5 gallons of wine.
Thanks.

I have done sparkling white wines. I have not done reds.

You could always just put a gallon or two in and carb that to see what it is like. Wasting a bit of extra CO2 is better than wasting 5 gallons of wine.
