Just an fyi for anyone who hasn't tried it.

I've gone through a few kegs now with 100% success and discovered that gelatin finnings help the beer clear in about 2 weeks rather that 3-4 before kegging.

Its very easy: rack beer into secondary at say day 5. Boil about half a cup of water mix in 1 tablespoon of gelatin and stir that into the beer.

Rack into keg about week 2-3 and you should be good.

To help stir that gelatin in and decrease the possibility of oxygenating you could pour the gelatin mixture into the carboy first and then rack the beer on top of it. That's my method and beer is clear long before it hits the keg. It also keeps my mind at ease about oxygenation.
