It's been a little over two months since my last batch, which was when I hosted the Yankee brew session. I'm back in business tonight brewing up my Bohemian Pilzner.
A single Decoction Mash, followed by a nice 75 rolling minute boil. The only downside to brewing lagers is the wait.
It feels good to be brewing beer again. Life is Good.
