Started a blueberry mead yesterday (5.5gal). That has to be the stickiest day of my life... Here's my recipe:
2lb 4oz Blueberries
12lb Clover Honey
3tsp Yeast Nutrient
Red Star Pasteur Red
Its fermenting nicely so I guess its just a waiting game now.
