Where can I get some good insulation?

I'm trying to build something along the lines of 'son of fermentation chiller' but I can't find any extruded polystyrene anywhere. I've checked the local hardware stores but they don't have it, I'm in a big city so it should be somewhere. I appreciate your help.
 
I am fairly sure that Lowe's and Home Depot carry it.

I am in the deep south, it is harder to find the really thick stuff though.
 
Some of the stuff I saw at Lowe's was blue in color. If you can't find it thick enough, then you could just use Liquid Nails to glue multiple pieces together to get the thickness you want.
 
Yeah, Thats what we did to the Beer room windows. 2 layers of blue foam and it stays about 10 degree's cooler in there.
