Ok, 3 yrs ago I kegged a barleywine in a soda keg. Everything was sanitized, and all new seals on the keg. I charged it with a C02 cartridge and forgot about it. It was the first and only beer I have ever kegged. Well, I want to get it out and try it. What do I need to do to get this out in a sure fire method?? What equipment do I need?

If you want to push it out with CO2: You'll need gas in/liquid out posts depending on the keg type -- pin lock, or ball lock. The easiest beer tap would be to just get some 3/8"ID tubing and a picnic tap. Then you need a CO2 tank & regulator to push it out via the gas in post on the keg.
