Hello from Miami

Hello, been lurking around here for a while now. Joined a week or two ago and decided to drop an introduction. I'm going to start getting into homebrew here soon, just waiting to finish up a freezer/kegerator conversion first before I buy my initial equipment. I'll post that up in another thread in the DIY section to show off what I've done so far. Lots of great information here and excellent community which has helped guide some of my decisions.

Welcome fellow Floridian. It's nice to see that Florida is not the beer wasteland it once was.

It's hard to find any beer enthusiasts around my area, even harder to find any brewpubs. At least there is one around that I can frequent often though.
