I don't have much experience with Nelson Sauvin (used it in a Saison once) but I brewed a Pale Ale today, trying to clean out my inventory, with Columbus for bittering, Ivanhoe and Simcoe for flavor/aroma. I have an oz of Nelson Sauvin I was thinking of throwing in the secondary to dry hop...
Any thoughts out there?
Thanks a lot!

I make a ryepa with simcoe, Nelson, and citra. It is wildly popular and one of me and my gf's fav beers. Full speed ahead, they are a great match

Would you mind sharing the recipe? Planning to do something similar.

Cheers, P

Ha...just saw this thread bumped and people were asking for a recipe. I'm on vacation but I'll share it when I'm back

Sorry for the slow follow through, but here you go. Ive used the chico strain as well as wlp007, both very good. mash at 152. I dry hop with 2 oz simcoe and one each of citra and nelson
