7.00 lbs. US 2 Row malt
0.50 lbs. Munich Malt
0.50 lbs. Vienna Malt
0.25 lbs. Carapils Malt

0.5 oz German Northern Brewer [8.9] @ 60 mins

Yeast: White Labs WLP029 German Ale / Kolsch

Use soft water.
Mash at 154 for 60 mins.
Boil for 60 mins.


This turned out very nice. Malt focused, but not sweet. Nice and clean, very well balanced, and very popular at my house. Enjoy!
