That was Midwest Supplies' Belgian Blonde AG kit. WLP400 flocced out like crazy. I had it in primary for 5 weeks cause I got busy and didn't have a chance to bottle it. Amazing clarity and a wonderful brew.

Clue... the beer is WAY clearer and lighter then the picture makes it out to be. And not THAT great of a head to be wheat anything ;) And it's really sessionable...
