I was rehydrating my yeast for the first time...
I microwaved a glass of water threw it in a little bowl. I let the temperature drop down to 98 degress... but instead of waiting 20 mins... I immediatly started mixing it.... then I let it sit for 20 mins and now im mixing it again.
It smells like rotten eggs and its not real thick like its suposed to be...
