I really love this beer. Many thought that this would be a hop bomb. It's not at all. The late addition hops give it great floral aroma and a tropical fruit flavor. This beer did pretty will in a recent home brew comp with an overall score of 38. One of the judges even gave it a 42.

Some of the comments:
Mouthful: good wheat profile balances the hops.

Flavor: Floral hops and malt balance well with the sweetness.
Spicy wheat and grainy, cracker like malt, light citrusy hop flavor.

Overall: Refreshing, well made. Features spicy wheat character and light citrus hop. A nice light lawn mower American wheat.

Oh...

I came into this thread thinking that you were complaining about some hops that infected your beer.

Getting ready to brew this one again for Summer.

Here is a pic from the last batch.

I did something similar recently. I will roughly convert to American units.
I went for a bit simpler recipe.

Batch size - 5 gal (20l)

O.G. 1.066
F.G. ??

8 lbs premium pilsner malt
4 lbs wheat malt

0.5 oz Cascade 60 min
0.5 oz Cascade 45 min
0.5 oz Cascade 30 min
0.5 oz Cascade 15 min
0.5 oz Cascade flameout
Brewtarget estimated IBU 29.8

Well I used different hops and different timing than you. Now that I think of it, it would make more sense like this:
0.5 oz Cascade 60 min
0.5 oz Cascade 30 min
0.5 oz Cascade 10 min
0.5 oz Cascade 5 min
0.5 oz Cascade flameout

But whatever. It has been for 9 days in primary. My question for you: did you rack this beer into secondary fermentor? Your post says only 7 days in primary, did you bottle then?
