So I was wondering what the numbers below the green line is. Im guessing its your possible SG?

Exactly what it says? after brewing you should have an OG close to 1.072 after fermentation it should go down to 1.017. you get the idea
 
Actually that is the gravity range for the particular bjcp style you are brewing. According to the BJCP a witbeer should have a gravity in the range of 1.042-1.055 to be true to style/

However your gravity (the number to the left of it,) is 1.072, which means your recipe it out of range and not true to style.
 
That's the style OG range. So in your case the recipe's estimated OG is 1.072, but Witbiers should be between 1.042 and 1.055.
