Aside from a concentrated wort, what are some other options for incremental feeding?

I've heard of maple syrup and molasses being options being used.

Can demerrera or other brown sugars also be used?

What style are you trying to make? As far as incremental feedings go the final outcome is what matters. You could use molasses, but in my experience your final beer is going to taste like ginger bread cookies. Not a bad thing for a holiday ale, but probably not great for a Belgian Strong Golden.

Many people use table sugar or corn sugar for additions in the fermenter.

I'm making a quadrupel. Here's the recipe:

11lb Golden Promise
1.5lb Golden Naked Oats
1.5lb Dark Belgian Candi Syrup
1lb Special B
1lb Honey Malt
1lb Victory Malt
1lb Biscuit Malt
1/2lb Unmalted Wheat
1/2lb Debittered Black Barley

Wyeast Trappist High Gravity 3787

FWH .66 oz Bramling Cross Pellets
At start of boil addition, .66 oz Bramling Cross Pellets
With 15 minutes left, .66 oz Bramling Cross Pellets.

Calculated OG: 1.096
Calculated FG: 1.023
ABV: 9.7%
IBU's: 20

The only thing you can hold back out of that recipe is the 1.5lb Dark Belgian Candi Syrup. Just add that to the fermenter when the initial action slows.

Realistically, you'll need a starter and that yeast can handle the OG without a problem.
