How goes? Just started learning about making cider a few days ago. After googling various questions and most of the answers coming from this forum I figured it'd be best to go ahead and join up. What peeked my interest was the fact that we have an apple tree that is producing apples for the first time in about 10 years or more. They are lookin very health so far and my wife and i are excited to see how they turn out. No clue at all as to what type of apples though. I suppose we'll find out when the time comes.
