I noticed they actually put up quite a bit of info about their brews on their site. I'm just wondering if anyone knows or has tried to clone one of their recipes. Especially the Bitter Woman IPA. Website says:
Original Gravity: 1.060
Final Gravity: 1.016
International Bittering Units: 68
Color (SRM): 9.0
Malt: 2-row, Vienna, Carapils, Wheat, Caramel
Hops: Amarillo, Cascade

Any thoughts?

I'd like to see that "recipe."

Sorry...completely OT...I couldn't resist.

luv WI beers. Makes me want to move back to Prairie du Sac. Have you tried Lake Louie? Got to tour the brewery last winter A+ to Tom the owner. Even though they were busy bottleing and cleaning up from a brew day he let us wander and tip a few back. I have only had a few Tyranena, it was just starting to come out when I moved to MN. If you do come across a some good clones please post them.

I have only tried Lake Louie once or twice, and don't recall much. If I can't find a clone anywhere, I might just try it myself and see what happens.
