Hi all, wanted to say pop in and say how useful I have found the forums.
I recently started brewing, started with a Coopers kit a few weeks ago. I'm planning on bottling my second batch soon. I've been trying to blog my process as much as possible, the link is here if you want to check it out.
I plan on trying partial grain soon, hopefully I'm not getting in over my head.
