I need about fifteen fittings, mostly Tee, mostly 3/4" OD. Cruising the interwebs for these is very discouraging, the prices are insane! I haven't found a 3/4" OD tee for under $150. St. Pats has 1" OD tees for $21, so I would expect to find 3/4" for less than that.

Should I give up and resize my brewery to 1" throughout? That would suck since my pump inlets/outlets and my kettle inlets are all 3/4".

Try the DIY section. I know there's a few people on the forum who make them for very reasonable prices.

1/2 and 3/4 triclovers are hard to find. You can find bits and pieces like valves, but you'll almost never see tees and elbows. It would be cheaper to sell what you have and go with 1 or 1.5". If your pump inlet is smaller, it doesn't matter. You just don't want to restrict the flow...which isn't a problem.
