extract IPA

Hey guys,

Ill be brewing up an ipa this weekend but I'm not 100% sure which direction I want to go. I recently had a belle's hopslam that was amazing.. I love dogfish head too. Has anyone brewed an exceptional ipa lately that you would like to share?

Here's a nice tasting Pale Ale recipe I brewed several months ago that you may want to try. It's not a true IPA by style, but it sure tasted good.

1/2 pound Crystal 10L mixed with
1/2 pound Crystal 40L steeped at 155F for 30 minutes

2 - 3.3 pound cans Muntons Hopped Lightly extract
2 ounces Cascade pellet hops boiled for 10 minutes

11 grams Nottingham dry yeast
1 ounce Cascade pellet hops added to fermenter
