Campden Tablets

Sages of HBT-

How many Campden Tablets (metabisulfite) do you use when back-sweetening per 5 gallons of must? This is in conjunction with Potassium Sorbate.

I'm under the impression a little goes a long way..

One per gallon, crushed and dissolved.
