One of those Duh moments

It's hot time here and I haven't been brewing. I'm working on a chest kegger instead. Once that's done, I can use the old kegger as a fermentation closet. That's the plan. Making the collar and transferring the taps, etc. is a fairly time consuming project. It's a race against my dwindling homebrew reserves.

Duh!

Nothing stops me from using the chest freezer and controller, as is, to ferment.

Time to brew!

Yeah I do that all the time ! You think you can't but then it hits you like a train and you can. It sure feels good though once it comes to you.
