Just like to drop you a line on my kit brewing:-
I make a Brewmaker IPA LME (4lb can) with 1-1/4lb of Hopped Light DME, 2lbs of cane sugar & we have a beer enhancer kit of hops & grain at a total of £21 (English) makes 40 pints of good I.P.A. I ferment for about a month, then drop onto a keg for another 1-2 months to age.
I also follow the same for a EDME IPA, Yorkshire Bitter, Victorian Bitter, St Peters IPA, Brewmaker Strong Export Bitter.
Regards Travis
