Does anyone go the hassle of recycling some of the first runnings from the boiled and chilled wort i.e. to remove debris and allow the hop strainer/stopper to take affect (as much the same way you do with sparging). Is there much advantage to doing this? does it aid clarity? or is it something that i don't really have to concern myself with (i'm worried about the dangers of contamination while doing this, plus im naturally lazy
