Tasting Notes
this one will probly end up being my house beer, it turns out good every time
6 lbs pilsner light liquid malt
1lb carapils malt
1lb viennna malt
1oz northern brewing (bittering hop) 60 min
.5oz hallertau (flavor hop) 30 min
.5oz hallertua (aroma hop) 2 min



seep grains for 30 mins , then follow hops above. very simply and very good
 
Sorry this is for 5 gallons. I boil with 3 gallons.
