NOTES:
Very fruit-forward (grapefruit, tangerine) with slight spiciness from the hops. This hop pairs very well with Maris Otter in that the malt type holds up to the big flavor from the Nelson Sauvin hop. I will re-brew this with a dry-hop the next time around.
 
Love the name and the simplicity. A dry hope of like 3 oz sounds like it would go over really well with it. I'm adding it to the list, especially as I have not used Nelson Sauvin hops before.
