I suck (back)

Before I caught my 6am flight for business this week, I cranked down my ferm chest to crash my ipa. Did not replace the blow off tube because i am stupid. I sucked back about 1/4gal of star-san/nasty blow off solution (at least).

Interestingly enough, it looks like most of that crap stratified on the top at the 40F temp I was crashing at. I siphoned off as much as I could from the top. The beer tastes ok.

Just making sure it would be safe to potentially drink that much starsan.

I'd drink it. Assuming this is a 5gal batch, you only increased the volume by 5%. It might taste slightly more acidic.
