hey all
I've got a gallon of Pomegranate wine cold stabilizing in the fridge as we speak, but i'll be damned if the thing is clearing at all. My apfelwein cleared up nice in the fridge in 3 days, but i'm on day two and this stuff still looks like mud. The pom wine fermented down to .997, so there shouldn't be too many yeast left. I made it from pom juice, not fresh fruit, so i assumed there wouldn't be too much pectin to cause a problem. Any suggestions on how to clear this guy out? I've never cleared a wine before...
thanks
mike
