I'm making the Samuel Adams Cream Ale Clone from AHS. The kit came with an ounce of Glacier Hops but the recipe/kit only requires 1/2 ounce. Now I did a search and it is recommended that you vacuum pack the extra hops.... I ain't go no.....Can I just put in freezer? They are pellets.....

Yeah, if you can double bag them, that is better, freeze them and then use them before too long. It is hard to calculate the AA loss, so brew again soon, within a cpl, months.
