First off let me know if you think this would get me an amber colored beer and any adjustments that would be needed if it's off. I am hoping to brew this and have ready to drink by the end of the football season.

Boil Size: 6.75 gal
Boil Time: 60 min
Bitterness: 26.0 IBU
Est Color: 16.1 SRM

Ingredients

9.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row)
1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L
0.50 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine
0.50 lb Wheat, Flaked
0.25 lb Caramunich Malt
0.25 lb Chocolate Wheat Malt

0.75 oz Pearle (60 min) Hops 19.5 IBU
0.50 oz Goldings, East Kent (20 min) Hops 4.9 IBU
0.50 oz Goldings, East Kent (5 min) Hops 1.6 IBU

1 Pkgs Safale US-05 (DCL Yeast)

Looks pretty good to me, should give you a nice amber color.

Normally I’d say that you are going a bit heavy on the cara/crystal malts, but US-05 is such a strong attenuator that you should be fine.

Good luck.
