Due to some problems Im not able to arrange Sorbate and meta-bisulfite but here I have a product called "Instant Stabilizer" which contains Stabilizer E401-Sodium Alginate & E412 - Guar Gum.
Also I have Sodium Benzoate (E211). Can it be used as stabilizer to stabilize wine? And what should be the quantity per ltr or gallon?
