I'm finally getting around to brewing a pale with some of the homegrown Cascade I got from my new friend:)cross:) in K-Zoo last October. Wanted to use only these hops, but after 4 oz. of leaf I thought it would be better to bitter with something stronger. I want to make something that will showcase the hops to decide on the quality of them. 45 IBU seems right to me, but I like hops. Critique please:

Looks good to me. You're bittering with a known quantity of a known AA%, so the homegrown hops will be showcased for flavor and aroma. Hope it works well for you!
