Great brew weekend

Brewed up a Red Ale last night and half way through the boil for my Brown Ale right now. What a great weekend, but I have to get off this stove top, 2.5Gallons takes about 25min to get up to a boil. Next brew, I'm getting a turkey fryer and a bot big enough for 5 Gallon boils !

As a side note for my local STL brewers, the Schlafly Pumpkin Ale is better than last year, i've had a few while brewing and it keeps getting better

You want regret the turkey fryer. Well at least not until it is raining on brew day, or 10 below zero outside, or a foot of snow, or....damn, why the hell did I buy one of these things?!?!?
