Brewed up a Red Ale last night and half way through the boil for my Brown Ale right now. What a great weekend, but I have to get off this stove top, 2.5Gallons takes about 25min to get up to a boil. Next brew, I'm getting a turkey fryer and a bot big enough for 5 Gallon boils !

As a side note for my local STL brewers, the Schlafly Pumpkin Ale is better than last year, i've had a few while brewing and it keeps getting better :drunk:

You want regret the turkey fryer. Well at least not until it is raining on brew day, or 10 below zero outside, or a foot of snow, or....damn, why the hell did I buy one of these things?!?!?
