this is based on 75% efficiency. This is the fourth batch and it is a very good beer. I MIGHT have posted this before, if I have I apologize. I have no idea what style this would be or I would put it in the recipe data base. My son keeps trying to get me to submit this to a brewery lol.
Any thoughts are welcome.



9 lb-two row
12 oz- special b
8 oz- crystal 40
2 oz- roasted black barley
HOPS
.5 oz nugget@ 60
.5 oz nugget @ 45
.5 oz centenniel @ 15
.5 oz cascade @ 5

Mashed in with 3 gallons of water @ 152 degrees for 60 minutes. Drained 1.5 gallons…. Sparged with 2.5 gallons and again with 2.5 gallons.
6 minute boil…cooled to 75 degrees and pitched washed and started Nottingham.
