Using a mix stir attached to drill I vigorously stirred for about 2-3 minutes. When I pulled out to test if it was degassed, a puff of air still came out

The wine kit said stir by hand for 2 minutes. My wine is probably around 69 (room temp)

Is it OK to top off and let rest at this stage until further clearing? Or should I leave the head space and try and degas again tomorrow?

When I degas, I don't see any CO2 rushing to get out of solution in the carboy...

2 minutes did nothing. I've spent sometimes several days getting the gas out.

I've switched to a vacuum system, start it up and shake every 10 minutes for an hour and its done.

OK. Wonder why the kit instructions say 2 min by hand.

Anyways, the sample tasted very good, not gassy at all.

I guess going in everyday and stirring for the next week or so would work right?
