Why does it take so long for the low pressure gauge to adjust to what i set it at. And on that matter, how come when i set it and check it.. a couple days later it may drop some psi?

You have to purge the tank(s) if you change the pressure to a lower setting.

well.. i am an idiot.. i figured it out.. the needle on the lpg was bent inward, causing it to stick.. fixed it..
